Hey there!
This is Kerollos Magdy, but everyone just calls me Kero. Born in '95 in Cairo, Egypt.
I’m a Creative Art Director with 9 years of experience in advertising and post-production.
From a young age, my love for art and advertising made me start creating faux ads for big brands. While working on these projects, I discovered that my true passion and happiness lie in coming up with new ad ideas. In 2015 when I was 20, these personal projects led me into the advertising world as a Graphic Designer at a BTL Agency. I worked there with global brands and gained valuable initial experience in the field.
During this period, my goal was to mix up creating great ideas with high-quality execution, just like what comes out of top post-production studios.
A year later, I joined Leap Studios as a Visual Artist — a leading post-production company.
It was the perfect opportunity to deepen my expertise in art and fine-tune the execution of my ad campaign ideas, and it was always my plan to return to advertising. At Leap, I worked with the most prestigious multinational agencies from Saudi Arabia, UAE, and Egypt for top global brands. By 2018, I had become an Art Director and Head of Retouching.
Throughout these years, I created self-initiated campaigns to showcase my skills as a Creative and Art Director, with the goal to return to advertising by joining a prestigious ad agency.
In June 2024, I returned to advertising at Leo Burnett.
And I’m excited to achieve the next phase of my goals...
